When I found out you could buy motion detecting trail cameras that were 10-20 megapixels, I asked the question" What if I could use them for wildlife photography? A big resounding yes! As a result of my progress, I have been offering a workshop titled "Secrets of Critter Cam Photography", and a similar version "Around the Waterhole." If you are interested in having me teach a class for your organization, group, or convention please contact me. Recent workshops have been held at the Winter Wings Fest in Klamath Falls, Oregon and at Shooting the West Photography Convention in Winnemucca, Nevada

The following "critter cam" images were all taken in infrared mode at night, when cougars were out and about. Because the trail camera goes into infrared mode, the resolution drops in quality and the camera goes into black and white mode.
